Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.

However, the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition – with all parts, components and packaging intact.

  • Only normal handling is permitted. Items damaged due to negligence will not be accepted.

  • Products where hygiene is a factor must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  • If an item is defective upon delivery, this must be reported immediately.

  • Amelia's Boutique reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if the requirements are met, the return will be confirmed during this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged through no fault of ours.


How to return an order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Send an email to: support@amelia-boutique.uk

In your email, please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged)

  • Your full name

  • Your address

We will then contact you with the return address.

⚠️ Never send the parcel directly to the sender – always wait for our instructions.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off period)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase under the following conditions, provided the purchase was made as a private individual and not for business purposes:

A. Withdrawal conditions
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the last item in your order.

As we operate a fully automated order system, orders are processed and dispatched immediately once placed.
This means we cannot stop the shipment once it has been initiated. A refund is only possible after the goods have been received and returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to Amelia's Boutique (for example by email) notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

The withdrawal is considered completed once we have received the returned goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Orders in transit

As our items are shipped from Asia, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected, and we have no control over this.
If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it until the goods have been delivered.

We recommend that you notify us in advance and then return the parcel as soon as possible.
Please provide proof of shipment to help speed up the process.


What happens when you cancel?

Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the amount you paid, excluding shipping costs.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of the standard option.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund itself.
